Submitting the form below acknowledges that I have read the RCYC rules regarding dogs and understand it is my responsibility to follow all of them. Please note, if you are registering your dog for the first time, please fill out a form at City Station. This online waiver is ONLY for dogs that have previously been registered and already have a tag number. I am responsible for any damages my dog may incur either upon property or person, and do indemnify the Club for any costs or consequences of such damages.
