2018/2019

Fall

Fun with Fitness (Ages: 8 - 14)

These sessions will train our youth to have fun and stay fit beyond just playing sports. Kids need physical activity to build strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence to lay the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle. Through physical activities, kids learn about setting goals, meeting challenges, and the value of repetition and practice. By using a variety of conditioning tools such as balls, bands, ropes and TRX straps your kids will become familiar with the environment in which many of them will likely stay active throughout their lives.
