The RCYC Fitness Centre will be offering a number of programs, seminars and workshops throughout the year to keep you informed, challenged, and motivated! Keep an eye out for more details around the Club and in the Kwasind and Hiawatha.

Our diverse selection of specialty programs are designed with a specific goal in mind. Whether you're looking to improve your nutrition habits, prepare for the ski or sailing season or learn how to dance, these programs will help you achieve your desired results.

Muay Thai
Known as the "art of eight limbs", Muay Thai is a martial art that utilizes the fists, elbows, knees, and shins. In this program you will learn the foundations of stance, movement, and strikes of Muay Thai, while building your endurance, conditioning, coordination, and balance. Perfect for beginners looking to try a martial art or intermediates who want to practice the basics. Gloves and hand wraps included!
