As an RCYC Fitness Section Member, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to our spacious 5,000-square-foot Fitness Centre overlooking the city. To help you achieve your health and fitness goals, we have 25 cardio machines, a wide range of resistance training equipment, free weights and a stretching area with plenty of natural light.

GROUP X FITNESS CLASSES

Join us in the Fitness Studio where you will work hard, sweat, and relax. We have a style to fit you! Whether you want to work up a sweat in a H.I.I.T. class or stretch and strengthen in Yoga we have the right class for you.
