Class Descriptions


AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible!
5 movements, 25 minutes and you. That’s it! The challenge? How much can you do in 25 minutes? Push, pull, lunge, jump, and crawl your way through this trial of strength, endurance, coordination, and focus.

Aqua Conditioning and Aqua Intervals
Due to the buoyancy of water, aqua classes will strengthen your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness without subjecting your body to additional wear and tear. Aqua training sessions are being used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes alike to improve conditioning and prevent injuries.

Cardio Kick
This high-energy class incorporates real kickboxing techniques for a total body workout. No experience needed.

Circuit Conditioning
A cardio and conditioning circuit training workout designed to challenge your strength, endurance , mobility and balance. This workout incorporates individual stations timed in an interval style.

Cycle – Indoor Cycling (and ABS):
A fantastic heart pumping workout! Taught on a stationary bike you will climb, sprint, and train to motivating music with a dynamic instructor. Add variety by combining abdominal work, weights and yoga in different style classes to give you a unique and effective workout.

This is a completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body. By adding stretch techniques using the barre this class will lengthen and strengthen every muscle in the body resulting in greater joint mobility and fluid movement and functional strength.

H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
If you want to work hard, sweat and burn some calories you need to be here! These total body conditioning classes based on interval training will put you to the test and get you the results you want. Classes can be modified to suit your fitness level.

Pilates – Flow Pilates, Balanced Pilates:
Pilates is a series of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.

Master's Fitness Hour
This class is geared towards helping seniors develop all areas of fitness for improved and sustained quality of life. Actively working towards strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and kinesthetic awareness is the key to mobility and vitality as we age.

This challenging and very effective class focuses on cardio and conditioning intervals utilizing aspects of HIIT, cycling and strength. Utilizing a variety of resistance equipment, this program is great for improving overall fitness and fat loss. Only 12 Part. per class max.

Stretch & Strength 
This class focuses on restorative movements incorporating a more mindful approach to posture correction, range of motion, stability, flexibility and functional strength. This class will truly help you appreciate the benefits of working in as well as working out as it helps increase energy and lowers anxiety.

Suspension training system uses body-weight and manipulates gravity to improve muscular strength and endurance.


Hatha Yoga encompasses all styles of yoga but generally it is a relaxed class with longer held postures which focus on stretch and mind body connection. Hatha Yoga is the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Kripalu Yoga is a mindful and slow style of Hatha Yoga. Classes begin with fluid warm-ups and centered breathing followed by postures, modified for the students’ individual needs. We build strength and focus by holding the poses and deepening the breath.

Power Flow Yoga combines fewer poses which are held longer than a vinyasa flow class. Since poses in Power Flow Yoga are held longer it tends towards more strength building than flexibility.

Yogalates This is an all level class that blends together the precision of Pilates and mindfulness of yoga. It is the perfect combination of strengthening and stretching to make your body feel strong and rejuvenated.
