I just got back from beautiful British Columbia with my new sailing partner, Audrey Staples, where we competed in two 29er regattas as well as a 29er development camp with an Argentinian 29er expert, Pepe. I made the transition from the i420 to a 29er this past winter to develop different skills and test out new boats to help me learn and improve for my future sailing endeavours.

This is my first year of racing on the RCYC C420 Race team. Going into grade 11 this fall, I am using my summer to improve skippering and communication skills with my talented crew Cate. I’ve been sailing ever since I was little on my grandmother's boat, Capilano, at RCYC.

Jr Worlds Gold fleet and top Canadians!

Thank you for selecting me as a recipient for the ADF fund this past season.

We are currently in Risør, Norway for the 2019 49er Junior World Championships. My brother, Sam Bonin and made our transition to the 49er class this past winter and this is our first test regatta against our European and international competitors of the same age.
